Getting started with Pricebookr

Pricebookr is your master price book: one place to manage every product and service, set markups by cost band, keep separate price tiers (retail, wholesale, field), and sync it all to Jobber or export to QuickBooks.

Create your account with an email and password, or with Continue with Google or Continue with Apple — either way you land on a 14-day trial. If you plan to use more than one of those, read Sign in with Google or Apple first: connecting them from Settings keeps everything on one account.

Were you invited to join a company that already uses Pricebookr? Open the link in your invitation email instead of signing up here. Signing up creates a separate empty company rather than joining theirs. See Invite your team.

Three steps to get started

1. Add your items. Already on Jobber? Go to Settings → Jobber connection, click Connect Jobber, then Import from Jobber. Otherwise use New item, Import, or a starter template in Catalog.
2. Review and adjust your prices. After a Jobber import, choose Set markup bands when you have cost data; the ordinary markup preview includes eligible imported prices automatically. Without costs, choose Adjust imported selling prices, or use Adjust selling prices in Catalog later. Review the current and proposed prices before saving.
3. Send your prices. After saving, Review Jobber sync opens a separate confirmation for all pending changes across every sync-enabled pricebook. Nothing is sent just by saving prices or opening the preview. Alternatively, return to Catalog and use Export. Sending to Jobber and exporting require a paid plan.

Cost-based markups, extra pricebooks and teammates are optional. If you want prices calculated from costs, add costs and configure the markup schedule. If you need different prices or another user, add pricebooks in Settings or invite your team.
