Pricebookr records a version on every change, so nothing is ever truly lost.
Per-item history
Click History on any catalog row to see every change — what changed, who changed it, and when — and revert to any prior version. Reverting writes a new version (it never rewrites history).
Catalog snapshots
A whole-catalog snapshot is captured automatically before every bulk price edit, rules run, CSV import, and Jobber import — and you can take one manually on the History tab. Rolling back shows a full diff preview first, and takes a safety snapshot of the current state so the rollback itself can be undone.
Trash
Deleted items go to Trash, not oblivion. Restore them for 30 days before they're permanently purged.
