Pricebookr records a version on every change, so nothing is ever truly lost.
Per-item history
Click History on any catalog row to see every change — what changed, who changed it, and when — and revert to any prior version. Reverting writes a new version (it never rewrites history).
Catalog snapshots
A whole-catalog snapshot is captured automatically before every bulk price edit, rules run, CSV import, and Jobber import — and you can take one manually on the History tab. Rolling back shows a full diff preview first, and takes a safety snapshot of the current state so the rollback itself can be undone.
Trash
Deleted items go to Trash (the Trash button on the Catalog), not oblivion. Restore them for 30 days before they're permanently purged. When deleting Jobber-synced items, you can also hide the linked products in Jobber so they leave line-item pickers.
