What Pricebookr is
Pricebookr is a standalone price book for field-service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and any trade managing hundreds or thousands of priced items. It's the system of record for your catalog: markup and margin schedules by cost band, multiple price tiers on the same item, role-based access, full version history with rollback, two-way Jobber sync, and import-ready exports for QuickBooks Online and Housecall Pro.
Why it exists
Field-service platforms are excellent at scheduling, quoting, and invoicing — and almost universally treat the price list as an afterthought. The result is familiar to anyone who's run a shop: prices maintained in spreadsheets, bulk updates done by CSV surgery, retail and wholesale drifting apart in duplicate entries, and nobody able to say what a price was last quarter or who changed it. Pricebookr exists to be the pricing layer those platforms never built.
How we think about the product
A few principles we hold ourselves to: every feature on every plan — plans differ by team size, not by withholding capability. Your data is yours — full CSV export, no lock-in. Changes are reversible — every price change is versioned and whole-catalog snapshots make bulk operations safe to try. We complement your tools — Pricebookr feeds Jobber, QuickBooks, and Housecall Pro rather than asking you to replace them.
Who's behind it
Pricebookr is built and run by Kyle Strouse, its founder. It's an independent product — no outside sales team, no offshore support queue. When you email support, the person who answers is the person who builds the software.
