Once Jobber is connected, click Import from Jobber in Settings → Jobber connection. Pricebookr pulls every product and service, bringing in name, description, cost, price (into your default pricebook), and whether each is a Product or Service.
What to expect
- Each Jobber product is linked to a Pricebookr item, so future imports update in place instead of creating duplicates.
- Re-running the import is safe — it updates existing items and only adds genuinely new ones.
- Imported items show a Jobber Sync badge; filter to them with the source toggle on the Catalog.
- Items you've deleted in Pricebookr stay deleted on re-import if you also hid them in Jobber; otherwise they're restored.
- Products pushed for a non-default pricebook (named like
Apples (Wholesale)in Jobber) are recognized as that item's price on that pricebook — they don't import as separate items. - Renames follow the sync direction. Importing adopts names changed in Jobber; pushing writes names changed in Pricebookr back to Jobber. The import summary lists any names it adopted.
- Re-running the import only writes what actually changed in Jobber — untouched products are reported as unchanged.
