Pricebookr's referral program gives you one free month for every business you refer who becomes a paying customer. Rewards stack with no cap — refer three paying customers and you get three free months. The reward is an account credit equal to one month of your plan ($149 Starter / $399 Standard), applied automatically to your next invoice.
How it works
- Find your referral link in Settings → Refer & earn and share it.
- When someone signs up through your link, the referral is marked pending.
- The reward is confirmed only when that business becomes a paying customer — not when they sign up, and not during their free trial. If a referral never converts to paid, no reward is given.
- Once confirmed, a credit equal to one month of your plan is applied to your Stripe account balance and automatically reduces your next invoice.
Do referral rewards stack?
Yes. Each confirmed referral adds another one-month credit, and credits roll over month to month until used. Three paying referrals means three consecutive free months. There is no limit to how many businesses you can refer or how many free months you can earn.
You're never charged to give a reward — a free month simply means your next invoice is reduced by one month of your plan. It's a credit, not an out-of-pocket expense.
When exactly is a referral confirmed?
A referral is confirmed the moment the referred business's paid subscription becomes active (their first real payment clears). Sign-ups and free trials don't count until they convert to paying — this keeps the program fair and tied to real customers.
