A pricebook (tier) holds its own price for every item — so one "1/2-inch elbow" can be $6 retail and $3.90 wholesale without duplicate entries.
Managing pricebooks
On Members & Access, create pricebooks (Retail, Wholesale, Field…), rename them, or set the default. Each item carries a price per pricebook, set manually or by that book's markup schedule.
Who sees what
Grant each member view/edit access per pricebook. Field techs can see the Field list but not Wholesale; inside sales sees Wholesale. Admins see everything. This is access control Jobber can't do — which is why the master price book lives in Pricebookr.
