Jobber imports keep running while you wait

Improved: Starting an import returns promptly. Settings waits for the completed result and resumes a running import after a reload.
Fixed: New and changed imported items record version history after their selling prices are saved.

Catalog imports run in the background, with status that can resume after reloading Settings.
