# Delete your Pricebookr account

Delete your Pricebookr accountIn the Pricebookr mobile app, open More → Account → Delete my account and submit your confirmed account email. Your request is saved and we contact your account email to verify ownership and complete deletion.You can also [email support@pricebookr.com](mailto:support@pricebookr.com?subject=Pricebookr%20account%20deletion) from your account email with the subject “Pricebookr account deletion”. Do not send your password. You do not need to reinstall the app or have an active subscription.What is deletedRequest deletion of your personal login account, sign-in connections and associated personal data. Company administrators may also delete their company through the website's Settings danger zone; this is a separate action affecting all company records. We verify ownership and resolve administration of any remaining company before completing personal deletion.What may remainCompany-owned customer, job and financial records, and records legally required for tax, fraud prevention or disputes, may be retained under our [Privacy Policy](https://www.pricebookr.com/privacy). When the account ends, the existing policy provides a 30-day export period followed by deletion within a further 60 days; routine backups are overwritten within 35 days, and approval records are retained for seven years from approval. We explain which periods apply to your request and any legally required exceptions. Submitting a request is not confirmation of completed deletion.
